How I Avoid Burnout – Part 1 – Time Management

I was asked the following question recently: “How do you avoid burning out?’

I’m glad I was asked that because there are two things that I specifically do to keep feeling energized and productive, both at home and work. In this video I talk about the first thing that I do to avoid burning out – time management!

The reason I have paid so much attention to this concept is because I realized that not keeping track of the things I needed to accomplish really caused me stress and anxiety. In the end, I wouldn’t get anything done. It wasn’t until I started using something as simple as lists and a calendar that I was able to better manage my time, complete my tasks, and alleviate stress.
